Lighting Repair

We suggest monthly periodic light maintenance, which typically includes light bulb and/or light ballast replacement. Light ballast replacement is warranted when all the bulbs of a ceiling commercial light fixture are not operating. In some cases the light switch is defective or there is an electrical ‘short’ preventing proper operation of the light fixture. Most buildings have T-12 and T-8 light fixtures but we suggest T-3 light fixtures for greater energy conservation.
