Our Facility Repair and Building Maintenance Technicians are multi-trade and task skilled with many years of experience as facility maintenance repair specialists. We also offer self help advice to prevent the repair project from reoccurring or deteriorating further.

Our Facility Repairs and Building Maintenance Staff
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Kim Edwards is our Office Manager and is responsible for all administrative functions to include invoices, insurance documents, proposals, and appointements.
Kim works with out of state property managers on repair orders at Rite Aid, Radio Shack, Advance Auto, and other retail outlets.
Dave McCarty is our Client Services Manager responsible for long range scheduling of client services in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Dave also coordinates emergency service requests for existing clients.
In order to promptly serve our clients, Dave McAleer is our expediter of special order items which are not available at local sources. Dave's internet search skills allow us to locate the needed items at the most economical price and in a timely manner to meet customer needs.
Marsha Torres keeps our existing clients informed of special services through our advanced database system.
FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Steve Super has an accomplished history of maintenance experience. His specialty is plumbing and electrical repairs. Frederick Realty, BGE Home Services and Medstar Health are his typical work locations.
We also rely on Andy Bisaha for plumbing and electrical repairs. Andy's specialty is a multi-trade project which takes him on a regular basis to Preservation Maryland, The Maryland Club and Good Samaritan Hospital.
We are fortunate to have Chris Campbell, son of Jim Campbell who retired from our company. Chris is an expert repair specialist in very critical repair projects for APGFCU, Christ Lutheran Church, The Montessori School and KIPP Ujima Village Academy.
Our bulk trash removal and office relocation specialist is Craig Robinson who takes extra care to protect existing furniture and fixtures as well do a good clean up in order to insure customer satisfaction. Potomac Physicians, Arc of Carroll County and The Columbia Bank are familiar with Craig's expertise.
FACILITY MAINTENANCE PROJECT COORDINATOR
George Plakosh is the project coordinator and primary client contact for the nearly 1,000 facility maintenance and repair projects completed last year in Maryland, Northern Virginia, Delaware and Washington, D.C. George is a civil engineer and registered in the State of Maryland as Professional Engineer.
